This is a long over due "Thank You" for the excellent
work you have done and continue to do in regards to my gallery's
website. From our first meeting you have been sincere and
dedicated in understanding our business and expressing our
philosophy in website form. You have combined our desires
with your wonderful creativity to deliver us a product that
is simple but elegant, yet thoroughly fresh. You have been
and are gracious and completely receptive to our many changes,
no matter how small or detailed they may be. Those changes
are then made in a very timely fashion. In short, you are
a pleasure to work with. In addition, the website you delivered
us is as equally impressive in it's presentation and content.
It is easily navigated and viewed by all who visit. I cannot
recall the exact number of compliments that I have had from
both collectors and artists who have experienced the site.
Suffice it to say, there have been dozens. For example, recently
I received a call from a collector in New York who spends
much time perusing web sites from galleries all across America,
including many of my competitors. He stated, ".... with
out reservation, our site was the best gallery web site he
had ever accessed." Finally, the investment in the site
has and is producing tangible results in the form of sales.
Of course, that is ultimate goal and I have much confidence
that the sales will continue to increase as more collectors
visit the site. Thank you again, for your efforts in design,
creation and client service.
