1. Plan: Strategic
Consulting & Requirements Gathering
At the start of a new project, the client's goals are precisely
defined. Aspire gathers background information from the client
and completes a needs analysis. Research into the field of business
and potential solution models is conducted. Target audience
details, comparable solutions, branding issues and business
goals are reviewed. The optimal solution is found. Following
further client consultation, the process and structure of the
solution is mapped out. The result of this phase is the Project
Plan, which is delivered to the client for approval.
